The Great Garlic Harvest of 2012

 
A couple of years ago I got several bulbs of garlic from the garden at my school and I divided up the cloves, ate the small ones and planted the large ones, then harvested those in 2011. I did the same this year and now this is the harvest. I am getting more and more each time and hopefully in coming years I will have some to sell at the market, as organic Tasmanian bred garlic is hard to come by and oh so tasty. Sure beats the treated stuff that is in the supermarkets now. The largest ones are the same size as my closed fist.
