Eggstrordinary Day

It was our photographic group's Christmas lunch on Wednesday so on Tuesday I baked 3 dozen egg and bacon tartlets.

Whipped up a batch of delicious devilled eggs.


and made an egg custard tart for our dessert.
Can you see a theme here? Yep, I had too many eggs again. I have someone lined up to buy a dozen on Monday so that will lighten the egg load next week.

Have planted more vegie seeds this week so hopefully if they grow I will have a mix of parsnips, carrots, radishes, rainbow chard, swedes, and butter beans.
