What to do with a zenith of Zuchinni

Luckily my husband is a great lover of my no recipe soups in winter. So when I get too many Zucchinis, I either grate or slice them and bag them up and freeze them so that when those cold Tasmanian chill come I can spend a day putting together one of my BIG soups. Later when Winter arives I will do a post on my NO RECIPE SOUP. These soups cost little or no money to produce and my DH says he could live on the stuff!
