I picked the last of my mandarins to make this:
Base
250g Nice biscuits
120g butter, melted
250g cream cheese, softened
395g (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
125ml (1/2 cup) fresh mandarin juice
395g (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
125ml (1/2 cup) fresh mandarin juice
1 tablespoon gelatine mixed with 1/4 cup boiling water.
Method
Crush the biscuits in a food processer and mix with the melted butter. Press into lined tin.
Filling
Mix all ingredients together and pour into base.
Enjoy with whipped cream.
