
I've been making this delicious flat-bread to have with home made soup, lately. It's easy to whip up.
Here is the recipe:
Garlic Flatbread
Combine 1 cup plain flour with 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tblsp olive oil and a pinch salt. Add 1 clove crushed garlic. Mix with a knife and form into a smooth dough. Divide dough into 4 and roll out onto a floured surface. Fry in a lightly oiled pan then flip. I brush a little melted garlic butter on both sides before serving.
